    3500 calories for the week (ladies you all doing a wonderful job burning way to do it )

    Monday ...........408 calories burn (35 mins walk/ jogging and 15 min stretching ) 3,092 to go

    Tuesday............. 330 calories burn (30 min walk/jogging and 5 min pushup)2,762 to go

    Wednesday........ Rest day ( still have 2762 to go )

    Thursday................. 551 calories burn (40 mins alover body workout) 2,211 to go

    Friday................ 415 calories burn (30 min/jogging/ 10 min jump rope) 1796 to go

    Saturday................ 691 calories burn (50min all over body workout)1105 to go

    Bummer with school starting back up I'm backsliding a little bit :( Can't seem to break the 230 barrier for long. But I am keeping positive knowing I will be going into the year with new eating habits so hopefully I won't gain as the year progresses (that is my ultimate goal no more maintaining just losing) I did reach my goal of 2000 cal burned this week woo hoo! Keep up the hard work Sweeties

    My Burn Baby Burn was set at 4500..... I finished at 4964 :0) Ty Lord had to really push!!
