Bummer with school starting back up I'm backsliding a little bit Can't seem to break the 230 barrier for long. But I am keeping positive knowing I will be going into the year with new eating habits so hopefully I won't gain as the year progresses (that is my ultimate goal no more maintaining just losing) I did reach my goal of 2000 cal burned this week woo hoo!
