Bananas. Not the most calorie friendly, but they're cheap and can fill me up for breakfast if I want something grab-and-go. Plus, they're tasty!3

Bananas. And I do. I have one every day.
Because they're tasty and have some density to them so you feel like you've actually eaten something. Kind of like why my favorite donuts are the old fashioned buttermilk ones.2 -
Pineapple. Because it's so delicious, sweet, and juicy.1

I like to eat one at least every morning (sometime in the evening too), if I can't my day just feels off.
Other fruits I eat by price, season, and availability.
