Bananas. And I do. I have one every day.
Because they're tasty and have some density to them so you feel like you've actually eaten something. Kind of like why my favorite donuts are the old fashioned buttermilk ones.2 -

Mandarin oranges.
I like to eat one at least every morning (sometime in the evening too), if I can't my day just feels off.
Other fruits I eat by price, season, and availability.
