    Drank all my water for the day
    and I Got in 1 mile for the challenge.

    This week turned into a challenge for me. I am really looking forward to week 3 of our challenge to turn my luck around!

    Low fat French toast..

    Take egg beaters dry oatmeal mix together dip whole grain bread sprinkle cinnamon and bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes... Top with your choice of fruit! 210 per 2 slices. Zero fat!
