That's where I'm originally from, North Canton. I now live in North Carolina though and I love it so much better! Although I do still miss "home" from time to time0

Agreed. OH really isn't a bad place to live: affordable, abundant water, easy to get across the state (unless going from NW to SE), wait 10 minutes & the weather will change.0 -

I'm an Akron area Buckeye born & bred. No real complaints about living here other than the winter between January & March. Great cost of living, quality schools, and of course THE Ohio State Buckeyes. Would be nice to see the Browns win a super bowl in my lifetime but... LOL; maybe just start by winning some games. Food scene is becoming incredible and the arts/recreation options are plentiful. Would I rather live on the beach somewhere always warm? Sure, but, since that's not conducive to my professional and family situations I really don't have many legitimate complaints here.3

I live north of Pittsburgh, but I like running in Ohio.... The Buckeye Trail 50K and Bill's Badass 50K are great, fun races. I want to tackle the Mohican 50M next summer, but I heard the heat was a total beotch there this year.1
