Keto FTW?

Hey everyone! I’ve been enjoying the Keto WOE since Jan 2018. I’m down 17lbs with another 13 to go. I try to stay 20 carbs/day. Wondering if there are any other Keto heads out there and how you’re doing it have any staple recipes to share? I have my fav breakfast and snacks but would love to hear your progress and what foods are really working for you!

    I started a lil over a month ago and have dropped 13 lbs so far. It could have been more but a weekend in Vegas derailed me for a bit. I try to stay under 20g of carbs. Bulletproof coffee and 2 eggs every morning, sometimes with bacon or avocado. Salads with lemon vinaigrette and a side of rotisserie chicken for lunch. Grilled zucchini or asparagus for dinner paired with a protein. Berries occasionally when I feel like having something sweet. I’m amazed at how much my hunger has decreased with this WOE. I went from constantly hangry to going hours without eating.
