Can someone explain to me what the plan is to do C25k?

    It's a 9 week program interval training that allows you to build up to running 3.1 miles. The first week you start off with walking then running for 1 minute and then back and forth until you complete 30 minutes. Each week, you run for a little longer and walk a little less. If you want more information, check out the link in my signature. I have links to apps and podcasts that you can download to assist you with the program. It truly is a great program. I'm on week 8 and signed up for my first 5K in September.

    Its a good program to help people who have zero running experience train for a 5k. I followed this plan from webmd

    But if you have a smart phone there are multiple apps you can download that are C25k programs or training programs.

    If you have never ran over a mile, I highly suggest doing a C25k plan.
