I'm actually not able to exercise this week, at least not until after I see my pulmonologist. I have a chronic whatever, and seem to be relapsing a bit. Anywho, I am too fatigued to do anything, so I will hopefully be able to at least focus on my calorie intake, even if I do no exercise.0

After a real struggle of a week I ended up gaining 1 pound going up to 158.6 than by some miracle I dropped it and went down to 157 even so since my last weigh in thats only a .6 loss but I'll take it! As long as I lost that pound I gained back haha.

Hi! I am so sorry I wasn't able to post yesterday, but I just moved back to San Antonio and I still don't have a reliable internet connection. I also don't have a scale at the moment, but I weighed myself on sunday, and my weight was 199.5, the same as last week. I hope everyone is doing well!!0
