This week was a little difficult for my ego to post this since I was a pound lighter yesterday. I know, you can fluctuate like crazy and I'm not taking it too hard.
I also readjusted my challenge goal. Last time I lost a bunch of weight it was easy because I was doing dumb, unsustainable things. I also had a more active job. This time I'm trying to be smarter about it so it's going slower than I'd like. But I feel way better about it and I'm working on moving more and adding in some BWF.3 -

So this week I had 2 cheat days on my diet due to a wedding. I almost fell off the band wagon. But I’m back in my diet, back into ketosis and ready to continue. No more cheating on food or myself!2 -
