I like this! Goals for the week:
- Really stay at my calorie goal. Be within 100-150cal every day this week.
- Get back to exercising regularly. I've been slacking hardcore.0 -
my goal is to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, lower carbohydrates after noon each day, and pick up the protein/veggies in the evenings. We shall see.0

1) Wake up early to exercise before work at least twice (preparing my body for the school semester that starts soon, when I will have to do this DAILY again, sigh)
2) Eat only up to 2000 calories from sources that aren't whole foods

My goal for the week is to lose 2lbs, work out every day in the morning with 30 day shred (as soon as I get it), and go to the gym 6 nights in a row. GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK EVERYONE!0

My goal is to drink more water and work out at least 6 times this week for an hour and a half using my wii fit plus activities and Leslie Sansone's 1-5 mile walk.0

To add three days of resistance training to my four days of running.0

Four days of running (instead of my usual three), one day of core strength, burn 4000 cals. :bigsmile:0

1) Wake up early to exercise before work on non-running days. Next month I am going back to school and will be taking three classes and working full time, so I will be getting up earlier more often then and I need to get used to this.
2) Exercise 5-6 days and run three of those days.
3) Lose 1 pound
4) Get 8-12 glasses of water in per day.
5) Stick to calorie goals for each day and also eat most or all of the calories that I burn.0 -
