I am in, but what a challenge this has been recently. I am not using my tools to do the right thing. I have an injury that is preventing me from really exercising like I am used to. So even though I am in, right now I feel a little e beaten down. Hopefully I will rise above it! My goal for this round is to get below 140# and make it stick!

In again. I don’t like the trend I see – going backwards! But I do like that, thanks to this challenge, I can see what’s happening. The worst thing would be to throw in the towel, so hanging in there and thinking about what made the change.

I am not the boss of you and I have no standing to tell you how to live, but in my experience this is not a winning proposition. I'm not saying no one can ever go over their target calories, but when you call it "binge eating habits," and your plan is to make those binges more enjoyable, it just looks like a recipe for disaster. Be careful out there.3 -

Feeling quite frustrated with these bumps, I need to just dig deep, stick with it and wait for the scales to start behaving again! - Looking for a downward trend to see out this round now! Really focused on my logging and on clean eating - which is what i love - it gives me ENERGY!
I am SO SO determined!! I 100% NEED to stay mindful about my daily logging and being mindful about what I eat and drink. I need to get into the HEALTHY BMI band.
This is a long term thing, a few bad days or weeks is something I'm getting better at coping with.

Age 60, 5'4.5" and eating in a livable way = It's. Not. A. Diet. I eat back exercise calories, or I would be starving and cranky. Hubby does not like cranky me. Changed MFP setting 5/5/18 [R39] to 1/2# per week loss ~ within 10# of UGW, weight loss had stalled 3 months + was feeling hungry more often.

7/17: 70.7 - Can you actually not. Good day yesterday, ate reasonably well and had a good 90 minutes of Judo in the evening. Someone bought cake into the office, so that piece of fruit missed out in favour of a smallish slice of cake. With no scales I have no idea how heavy it was, so I had to guesstimate. Probably wasn't the best choice, but I've not had cake for ages and it didn't half taste goood. Still in deficit, weight trend is still generally downwards for the last two weeks (and level for the last week). Got to trust the deficit and not get disheartened by the number on the scale.

Away again for a few days this round for sons wedding up in Yorkshire but intend to do my best and eat as well as I can as off on holiday in just over two weeks
Round goal by next Thursday is to finish in the 135's to stay on track to reach 133 by my holiday.......
07/17 - 135.80lb (-0.80lb). Happy happy happy I've been properly focused recently and this is the result. Guess its the thought of my holiday, wearing shorts and being on the beach - and I don't want to scare of the locals! My goal for the round was 135 something - so there already but am away over the weekend again so looking to still be here (but will happily take and will aim for a bit lower!) when the round ends..... 134 something ?

7/17 - 182.8 lbs Off to a great start! Been going really slow for 2 months, and this is the first time that it speeds up a bit again. May it last all the way to the finish line hahah. I know it's not a race, but it's important to have some fun along the way 😂

7/17 - 274.2# (Literally worked-off my buttocks last night...did 5 hours of solid house-cleaning. Really hurried through mopping the kitchen and quickly getting up/down stairs in order to keep my HR up. Also, had grilled fish and rice for dinner. Apparently, those two things are helpful for the morning scale :-))

Guys, for the last 10 weeks, I have been losing the same 5-10# every week. Then, by Monday morning, I have gained it all back...exactly. I don't know what to do. So frustrated. Sigh.6 -
