Weight loss journey so far - interact

So this is what I have achieved in the last 2 years. Had a setback of gaining a couple of kg in between. Currently, my weight is still away from my goal but I have started performing circuit training to restore my lean muscles and reduce the fats that is more throughout my body. My eventual goal is to start going to the gym. For now it's basic stuff with dumbbells at home.

I want to know what's the most effective way to go ahead and shape my body?
For those who are interested to know, I have been a regular user on MFP. I did varied exercises cardio based to burn calories. Most notably it's walking, yoga and low impact aerobics.
