so...what was the mystery flavor? do they have a whole bunch of different ones that you might end up with?
Not really sure what it is, but definitely has a Mexican flair to it. It has tomato and black bean powder, so definitely thinking Mexican. I think I like it more than their last mystery flavour.

I actually used David Thompson's recipe for nam prik kai kem which also includes tamarind water, a little roasted eggplant and a small shredded green mango that I substituted for a grated granny smith. I think next time I will replace tamarind water with lime juice mixed with chopped golden raisins to keep the dipping sauce paler.

USA mid-Altantic summer Nor'Easter closes down outdoor grilling for a couple days, so ... "Chicken Tikka-ish" savory yogurt marinated baked chicken thighs, to be served with brown rice and broccoli.

Nothing special and not the best photo but these are my cheesy avocado eggs. I scramble 2 eggs with Lawry's garlic salt, black pepper, and some dried oregano and add in about 30g chopped avocado and 14g cheddar cheese. They are so good. I'm surpised how many people have never tried avocado and eggs together.2 -

Baked-then-broiled chicken breast on a bed of potato-veg mix, steamed broccoli, tomato-cuke salad. Simple, tasty stuff with good macros.
