Eating only 800 calories is not a success, and you won't see any results overnight. Eating only 800 calories is not at all advisable.

That's not a success story, that's severely undernorishing your body. As a male, you should be eating 1500 cals a day minimum, and that's dependent on your height, weight, and activity level. Unless you have a lot of weight to lose (like over 75 lbs), set the app to lose 1 lb per week and eat the calories it gives you, plus at least half of any extra your burn through deliberate exercise.17 -

But please don't restrict yourself to only 800 calories for very long. We don't want to see you hurt yourself.3 -

You're under eating. That's not a good plan.6 -
Thanks for the input .im not staying on 800 calorires for mire than a day.i realize more veggies and fruits are the way to go.5

A day or week does not a success story make. You need sustainable consistency over the long term for true success. Plenty of people here who have done that, and not by under-eating!4

Your GW is 230? You should be eating upwards of 1700. Don't undereat.0
