    But please don't restrict yourself to only 800 calories for very long. We don't want to see you hurt yourself.

    I only did for a day.i usually eat over a thousand calories.

    You need to eat over 1500 calories.

    What are your stats? And goal weight?

    A day or week does not a success story make. You need sustainable consistency over the long term for true success. Plenty of people here who have done that, and not by under-eating!

    Your GW is 230? You should be eating upwards of 1700. Don't undereat.
