    I hope to see all of you back again! Bring some friends! You guys did great this month as usual! I've been a bit lazy the last week or so being on vacation but managed to squeak to the finale. There are a few days left for those of you who have not wrapped up your goals. Keep up the hard work!

    I've been bad with (not) posting. But I've been doing regular planks and side planks.
    7/29 - 1 min 50 sec.
    7/28 - 1 min 10 sec.
    Wa wa. I'll try better for August.
