Starting in August let's try to lose 15lbs by November ! You can sign up on our spreadsheet or post directly here asking for help if you don't know how to
For mobile users: google docs is easiest to navigate if you download the app, desktop users: you shouldn't have any problems!

I just signed up - traveling until August 11 and likely no scale, however I will weigh in on the 12. Thanks for putting this together, I am just getting on board with MFP after a few years off and need to know others are out there.2

I added myself to the spreadsheet. Starting at 186.6 Have had a good summer so far, but now it is vacation time. I'm off to Ireland for 10 days. Not sure about healthy food options but I do foresee plenty of walking. Not focusing on a loss just do not want to gain!

Added my starting weight 172lbs. Not having the best start tho.. having problems with my leg, possibly sciatica, so no running for me... need to find alternatives til it's sorted! Diet ok tho x1

Go into the App Store on your cell phone and search for the Google Sheets app. Download & once it’s complete you should be able to click the link I posted and it should send you right to the spreadsheet.1 -
It might make you set up a gmail account if you don’t already have one in order to view the spreadsheet.0
