3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 8/15-8/21

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Week #2 for me. Last week I set out to burn 7000, did 7,700. So this week going for 7,000 again.

I am in again.... I didn't quite make it last week (250 short), but I didn't log any of my activity at my niece's 3rd bday yesterday. I am having a hate period with the scale so I have found focusing on my activity instead is more rewarding. I love this challenge!
