I hate posting before and after pics because I find it embarrassing, but I’m trying to get more comfortable with it, so here it is 😬

    What’s been your secret?

I started my journey counting calories and slowly adding and increasing my runs. That’s how I lost the 54, about 8 weeks ago I started adding in Strength Training and last week also started counting my macros, I’m hoping this pulls me out of my plateau lol.

I’m gonna sound stupid but I don’t even know what macros are.
I roll jiujitsu and eat not crappy most days

    How far ya run now?
