Rice Cakes?

I’m certainly no expert and new to this forum but as far as what to eat I can tell you what I did and over the past 7 months I have lost 60 pounds and have never been in better shape. I’ll qualify those 50 were hard to loose since I am 6’2 and started at 210lb. I pre make everything on the weekends and put them into Tupperware so it is ready to go. I go by the Costco bags of chicken brests thaw them out. I put them in large zippy bags 6 in each with different marinate. Then I bbq them and add them to the Tupperware with brown rice and that’s 3 of my 5 meals that day. I NEVER snack and only eat planned meals. I have a beer or two on the weekend and I don’t feel like I am going to kill anyone. This usually hits 1500-2k per day depending on dinner but breakfast is my biggest meal and dinner is my smallest with small ones in between. I workout hard every day usually burning around 500 calories.
