Goal reached! I've been trying to transition to maintenance for the last month or so, but I'm finding it difficult mentally to change my calorie intake after being strict about 1500/day for the past year.

I'm kind of stuck, but not losing hope yet. I really haven't been counting most of my calories so hoping to get back to it. I'm just surprised that with all the snacking I do, my weight hasn't shot back up. I find myself still making food choice decisions throughout the day that help but I can see that calorie counting is key.2 -

Well, been having trouble and lost some motivation. Trying to pick back up again, I really fell off with calorie counting and haven't been walking (my only form of exercise) because the weather is so hot. This challenge has really helped though, thanks for putting it together and for the work you put in on the graphs and charts.1 -
