All you have to do is eat more than you burn. Avoid whatever foods trigger you.1

The only thing that I noticed triggered me were juices of all sorts and I dont workout0

malibu meant eat more than your body uses in a day.
Have you considered a prescription for your GERD? It can do a lot of damage if left untreated.
Other than that, yeah. Eat whatever you want. Ice cream with caramel sauce and walnuts. Cheeseburgers with avocado and side of fries and a root beer float. Protein shakes made with ice cream. Buttered toast, baked potatoes with butter and sour cream.
Juice is bad for me, too and I don't have GERD. It's too acidic.1 -
You may want to rethink not exercising, otherwise you'll pretty much be gaining just fat. Some form of strength or resistance training will help you out. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you1
