    I stayed at my calorie goal all last week even though I was having cheesy things. I've considered cheese a trigger for overeating (i.e. I have trouble controlling my portions size) in the past, so I'm glad I'm able to incorporate it back into a reasonable diet because I LOVE cheese.

    Now I'm craving cheese. Thanks.
