Curious if anybody is using my fitness pal for the Keto lifestyle. I have been doing low carb, low fat and now hearing so much of low car, High fat --

I guess I am doing free range keto. I don't track anything and eat when I am hungry. Losing weight almost daily.0

Your body either uses carbs or fat for fuel, so I'm not sure how you could do Low Carb Low Fat for long. But the key is to figure out what foods/macros keep you satiated and happy!

I’ve been doing low carb/high fat for 5 weeks now. Losing sizes and weight constantly. Keto has been the best diet and way of eating I’ve seen so far.1
