I weigh my food before I eat it whenever I am at home. By tracking my deficit I can pretty well predict what the other scale will say unless it is temporarily influenced by a upward weight fluctuation. The food scale is more reliable and consistent so I have only an occasional need to weigh myself.

Daily, often twice a day. I just starting using Happy Scale this week, sorta wishing I had done so from the get go.

I only update my stats on MFP weekly at most. I also wait until my weight is under a "round" number for many days before I use it and only use round numbers (thus my wishing I used happy scale to log daily info).

I used to do it daily, but these days it stresses me out, so I weigh in once a week.

Every few days. It helps me know if I'm going off track.

twice a month - focus not on the actual weight - but meeting my other goals - like attending trx training and walking 10000 steps every day and logging my food.... hope this helps my change of habits :-)

Once every 2 weeks. I feel like any more than that would lead to frustration
