Past couple days, I failed to control by urges with night time eating. I gained few lbs, and feel heavy. But its Monday, time to get back on track. Nothing after 6pm!!

The hardest thing for me is to stop eating before bedtime. I always have the majority of my calories right before I go to sleep. Today I will try not to eat 4 hours before bedtime. Time to overcome, this bad habit.

I'm the same way! I love to snack and watch TV right before going to bed. It's a hard habit to break.

If your hungry at night you have to fight not to eat until the morning. You will feel so much better when you wake up.

Not so... You can choose to save calories to eat at night so you don't feel deprived

I get what you mean but sometimes bad habits need to be eradicated. Saving calories for later at night might work, or he might just be feeding the beast and want more once he starts eating.

I personally used to wake up multiple times at night (I have 3 kids under 4 and there is always someone that needs something) and would find myself snacking every time I would get up. This is a habit I needed to get rid of.

So far, I'm on day 4 and still going strong!

I have decided not to eat too close to bed time, and not immediately upon waking. Instead I sip on water or tea.

Good luck @GROMstrong you can do it!

If you feel like you are starving, try eating something like veggies with hot sauce! Yesterday I had some mushroom caps filled with a tiny bit of goat cheese and hot sauce. Hope this helps!!
