Hi I would like to join. I’m getting close to my goal and would enjoy the extra motivation to get there by my birthday on the 30th December. I think due to rents over th summer I’m unlikely to hit it, but the closer I get the better!

I'll join in! I'm in a challenge that will end in mid September. This is perfect to carry me through the end of this year. I don't like predicting what my weight will be at the end of a month, that doesn't work for me. I do 10lbs at a time. When I reach that goal, I reset it 10lbs ahead. I will come back on September 1st to post my stats.0

My weight’s been yoyoing with 10-12lbs gain for a over year now after losing 30 lbs initially even with regular cardio/weight training, interval training etc 4-6 days a week! Ugh😏. Am trying a new nutritional balance of carbs/fats/protein plus ketones and different workout routine. I’ll see where that will take me. Want to lose 15 for this challenge, but overall 24 lb.

CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: not sure yet. Made a 30 day No Weighing Challenge for myself... September 1 will be the 30th day and I can weigh myself then (and get a new pair of work shoes!)
