    I'll join in! I'm in a challenge that will end in mid September. This is perfect to carry me through the end of this year. I don't like predicting what my weight will be at the end of a month, that doesn't work for me. I do 10lbs at a time. When I reach that goal, I reset it 10lbs ahead. I will come back on September 1st to post my stats.

    My weight’s been yoyoing with 10-12lbs gain for a over year now after losing 30 lbs initially even with regular cardio/weight training, interval training etc 4-6 days a week! Ugh😏. Am trying a new nutritional balance of carbs/fats/protein plus ketones and different workout routine. I’ll see where that will take me. Want to lose 15 for this challenge, but overall 24 lb.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 260 lbs (January 2015)

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: not sure yet. Made a 30 day No Weighing Challenge for myself... September 1 will be the 30th day and I can weigh myself then (and get a new pair of work shoes!) If I had to guess, I think I'm 235 or 236 now. I wrote goals down in my journal. The plan is to lose 4 pounds a month.

    Will give the challenge a go, i only wanted to lose weight for my upcoming holiday but i may see this through to the end if needed (as i didnt hit my holiday weight loss target) or jump back in towards the end if i feel i need to lose the holiday weight! (will adjust the weights at the time)
