I just saw this, am I good to just add myself? I'd love to join in! I mean I already lost the 15lb but a bit of extra motivation would be awesome!2

Yes of course, we’d love it if you joined!1

please add me to your chart, I just purchased a scale, I need motivation. I'm guessing 140lbs currently but I can give an update Wednesday.0

Me too- totally eat based on emotions. Gained 2 lbs past 2 weeks. Seems like the days I start off with protein (6 egg whites scrambled with a spoonful of salsa then a greek nonfat yogurt plain with stevia (add pure cocoa powder or coffee for flavor) then the rest of the day I have way more control. This weekend I decided to skip breakfast which just made me carb-binge at lunch (and then turned into an afternoon snacking marathon). I blamed my car being in shop and stess of an expensive surprise repair bill. This week I will do a better job of analyzing these bad patterns as I realize only I can stop it.1

I'm not sure how to do this. Could you please add me? I would love to join. Thanks!1

Is it too late to to join? The extra motivation would be great!1

Finally seeing a loss after a week of the three W's: workouts, water and watching what I eat. Actually under my pre-vacation weight. Did not work out this morning. I took a spill while walking yesterday and I'm uber sore this morning from the impact. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.1

Finally back on track with working out and tracking calories. I downloaded a new app (new to me) mapmywalk. It says I am burning 80 more calories during my workout than the other app was! I'll take it!1

Starting in August let's try to lose 15lbs by November ! You can sign up on our spreadsheet or post directly here asking for help if you don't know how to
For mobile users: google docs is easiest to navigate if you download the app, desktop users: you shouldn't have any problems!
Not much time but will work to achieve!!! I'm in!1 -
Well the good news is I got my weight back down with a few oz extra. I really didnt think i would be able to do this but man o man did i try hard these last couple of days. I cant believe i was up 4.5 lbs on Thursday. This week i will be focusing on staying on or under my allowed 1200 calories and i will be getting back to workouts this week. I may have to start slowly. Also i will be attempting Intermittent Fasting 5:2 which is 5 days normal eating at 1200 cals and 2 days of fasting with an allowed 500 cals each day. Lets see how the first week goes.3

Not a bad week overall. Two big events coming up requiring will power to not overeat. Fingers crossed!1

Weigh in day and I’m up 1.2 lbs. This can be because of one of 2 reasons. It’s either bloat weight as it will be the TOM in a couple of days OR, water retention from muscle repair as I am back to working out and strength training and feeling all kinds of sore. Either way I know I did the best I could this week. It wasn’t perfect but it sure was the best week I’ve had since the beginning of the summer. I worked out every single day this past week, kept my calories low despite the occasional snacking, and kept my daily steps well over 10,000 a day (once I almost reached 30,000 steps in one day). So I know if I continue this way that weight will be down by next weigh in. I can’t let these little spikes get the best of me. I must keep pushing forward.1

Happy Tuesday team!!
So far this week I’ve done real good. Did a gym workout on Sunday and Monday and also did my Zumba class Monday night. I was going to go to the gym this morning but I felt I needed a rest. Tomorrow night I have my jumping class and back to the gym on Thursday. Might try to get to the gym tomorrow afternoon too. We shall see.
As far as nutrition goes , I have started a 10 day pouch reset (for bariatric patients) as I will be seeing my surgeon on Oct 3rd. Need to prep my tummy for it. So far so good. It’s pretty much the same diet as the post-op diet but instead of doing it for 2 months it’s done in 10 days. Day 1 clear liquids, days 2 - 3 full liquids, days 4 - 6 puréed foods, days 7 - 9 soft foods, day 10 and onwards normal healthy eating. It’s meant to get bariatric patients back on track with nutrition and quantities along with giving a needed boost in weight loss after a plateau. Fingers crossed my surgeon is happy with my results and we can start talking about skin removal surgery. 🤞2 -
I'm down 8lbs since the beginning, I'm very pleased overall2

Good news: I'm back on track with losing and working out.
Bad News: I am off for a week starting Friday at a wine festival and then a small vacation. I hope I can reel it in and not over do too much. I plan to get as much exercise in as I can to balance the drinks and food! A decent loss of 9.2 since I started this last spreadsheet. A few ups and downs so not bad.0 -
Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend! Keep on keeping on!!2

Hey everyone !! Im sure i mentioned before but today I had a very important appointment with my bariatric surgeon. Well, I just got home from my appointment and I’m happy to announce that I have reached my 18 month post-op goal of losing 80% excess body weight and I am currently at 28.5 BMI!!! My app obviously makes me a bit higher in BMI but I think I’m gonna go with my surgeon has calculated!! Surgeon says I am right on track and is very pleased with my progress. Also.....as I am under 30 BMI.....he has referred me to a plastic surgeon which I have to call on Monday to schedule my appointment!!! Eeeeeeee!!!!!!! I’m so freakin excited!!!2
