Goal is weight loss. I use a Garmin 235 for my calorie tracking during my runs and cycles0

What are your stats? (Age, height, current weight, goal weight.)
Unless you are an extremely short and sedentary woman, you can eat more than 1200 net calories per day and lose weight.

With only 20 pounds to lose, set your weekly weight loss goal for a half pound per week in MFP.
Experiment with how many exercise calories to eat back - for example, try 100% for a month and if you're not losing as expected over a month, drop it down to 75 or 50%.5
