Hey guys up and coming personal trainer.
I have a basic idea on keto and ready to try.
Any snacks or keto macro friendly meals will help me so I’m hear to make all kinds of people trying to achieve their goals!

Really don't get what you are after. However, if you want us to fully explain keto to you, that's not gonna work. Why? Because there are literally thousands of food items suitable for keto.
So my suggestion: Before you start this, you need more than a "basic idea" because keto is a drastic change in diet with many, many consideration to make before starting.0 -

Ultimately, you don't need special foods or meals, just balance your meals differently. If your goal is to lose weight, getting your calories in line is the key, regardless of your way of eating. I don't do keto or LC so I can't help you with anything more specific, but I'm sure others will be along soon. Good luck!0
