CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: not sure yet. Made a 30 day No Weighing Challenge for myself... September 1 will be the 30th day and I can weigh myself then (and get a new pair of work shoes!) If I had to guess, I think I'm 235 or 236 now. I wrote goals down in my journal. The plan is to lose 4 pounds a month.

I'm going to give this a shot. I've been using MFP for several years off and on - mostly off lately - and am currently at my heaviest - 5'7", 263 lbs. It feels like it takes constant work for me to lose weight and takes forrrreeevvveeerrrr just to lose a couple pounds, but I'm going to try again. I'm doing 1200-1400 cal/day, low carb and higher protein and fat (I went with 25% carb, 40% fat, and 35% protein). My biggest obstacle is not having time/desire to exercise. I don't have enough time in my day to do things I enjoy. I'm not real interested in taking time I don't have to do something I hate. Ha! So, here we go I guess!

I know my goals are high but I always set my bar high. The last time I did this, I managed to get from 453 to 215 and a little over a year, I got this.2 -
STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): Originally started MPF on March 26, 2012. Lost the weight and gained it all back plus some. This time’s starting weight was 224.5 on 4 June, 2018. Started back on MPF at 221 on June 27, 2018
