9/02 / 245.0 / This was at 3 am, when I got up to take friends to the airport. I have noticed a lack of sleep correlation.

Fat burning happens while we sleep.

Hello ladies and gents. First time doing a challenge. I’ve been off and on MFP for years but hopefully will be around a while this time. Hoping this challenge will keep me accountable! I like the small timeframe, seems doable!
    Goal weight is 150lbs
    8/26 215.2
    8/27 214.8
    8/28 215.2
8/29 215.0 ugh talk about slow and steady
8/30 I have to work at 4am. Didn’t weigh in.
    8/31 214.0
9/01 214.8 Anyone ever feel like they can’t trust their scale? I have to step on three times just to get a accurate reading :(
    9/02 214.8
    9/03
    9/04

Uh Oh! That started to happen to me. We would tighten up the batteries and it would seem to work better for a while. My old scale was showing me that I was losing weight. Then it just wouldn't register my weight. It did register my husbands. We replaced it. My new scale showed I hadn't lost anything. Every time I got on it in the next few days it would go up a pound. It got above my highest weight. I have now started getting it down. It is about where I was when I thought I was starting to lose. I recommend you buy a new scale. Best wishes.

    Round 47- SW 175 EW 170 (-5lbs)

9/02 160 😊. Got a good walk in yesterday before it got too humid out, and did zumba. The past several days I've been exhausted, more so than normal. Have thought about increasing my calories a little. I am currently not taking any vitamins because they have always made me sick, but I may have to try them again.

    9/04

I get sick when I have vitamins too. My Mom had us take them growing up. She wasn't a good cook but she knew nutrition. We never got colds or flu. But now I get bad headaches. I seem to be able to take somethings like vitamin D a must in Seattle. So I too would like to take them again but hard to experiment when the result it a migraine or something like it. Take care.

@KeriA thanks for the reply. I'm sorry they make you sick also. I'm not sure what it is, but I can't keep them down, and I too get a headache. Strange. Someone suggested once for me to try children's chewable's or gummies, I may try that. You take care too!

9/02 - 173.5 (-0.5) I was very correct about it being my time of the month  Craving carbs like crazy! But eating more protein and oatmeal for breakfast really helps. Not stressing about the weight at all, this will fix itself when my lady troubles are over. I'm logging, staying under my calorie goal and exercising everyday.

@Bendiz_ I'm glad the oatmeal helped you! It also helps me stay full longer, along with the carb craving. That time of the month is so cruel to us :/. Hang in there, you're doing amazing!

Right back at you! Thanks for the awesome tip on the oatmeal  Saved my day. @cdavisdeva
