    Yes! I didn't even eat the fruit I had pre-logged in case I needed a sugar fix. Tea and a nice phone conversation with a dear friend was all I needed tonight :smile:

    I started this challeng late in July and it has helped me tremendously! I cannot tell you how many times I opened the kitchen cabinet to reach for a treat, realized I’d ruin my streak, and shut the cabinet without indulging.
