I used to blow all the good/hard work at night when I'd aimlessly eat hundreds of calories at night.
But my current streak of no LNS is 14 days, and counting."

We were having movie night last night. If I weren’t doing this challenge, I would’ve eaten so many snacks around 10 last night when I really wanted to snack!! Knowing my streak would be shot, shut down my urge to give in to snacking.2 -

OMG:
it's my cute town's Family Fun Day celebration with lots of food trucks, cotton candy, etc.
Well, we're settling down to watch the fireworks, and I see people with bags of popcorn.
Then I hear that it's KETTLE CORN popcorn, which is totally my weakness.
I was also thinking that I'm currently under my calories allotment, so sure, let's get some kettle corn.
But DH was too lazy to get it, and then I'm thinking, maybe let's skip the corn and not lose my streak.
Boy! If anyone had sat down next to me and offered me some, or would sell the bag to me, I would have totally ate a ton of it!

Made pumpkin muffins for a baking event this week. They just came out of the oven at 9pm. Cut a test muffin in half - One small bite to verify doneness so I could turn off the oven, then the rest of that piece to the dog. The other half went in the fridge for tomorrow.
Not even really a matter of willpower tonight. Moreso, a matter of habit to not eat late and mindfulness that I wasn’t hungry. Hope that feeling continues as it’s much easier to practice mindfulness than rely on willpower!3 -
