  • I an guilty of TERRIBLE late-night snacking! I don't want breakfast, and I don't eat much lunch, but as soon as dinner is over I want to eat everything in sight!

I seriously want to thank you @lamlam2013 for creating this month's Challenge.
Not eating at night has TRULY made an impact on my progress.

I've always known that it's 80/20 food/workouts, but it's not until I kicked this awful nighttime habit that I am seeing the results of my hard work every day.

I'm actually eating in the deficit, since I'm not tacking on 300-1000 calories at night.
    I'm getting leaner.
My shoulders/back have never looked this great!
I may get to my goal of 8 pullups soon!

Mindless LNS is my absolute problem and this Challenge has helped me so much.
I'm not done, so I'm not going any where.
I just wanted to say Thank You,
    and everyone can do this!

I actually struggled with this tonight! I wasn’t able to fall asleep (I have bad insomnia anyways), but I decided to have some light tortilla chips and hot salsa and some nuts before bed. My deficit was 500 calories and now I have a deficit of 300 something. It def helped with my settling down to rest tonight, but am I even able to keep having snacks like this and also lose weight?

LNS: 1 tonight was planned snacks while watching movies with my old college roommates
Still went overboard, but it will not be a regular event.
Good thing I walked/jog 8.2miles this morning to help offset some damage!

Day: 14 Hubbie brought over a frozen ice cream snack to me as we were sitting watching TV last night way after dinner. One for himself too. I kindly declined to accept the treat. Oh my, what a pouty face he made as he put mine back in the freezer. LOL

I ate a bag of Lays instead of my usual spoon of peanut butter or Greek yogurt with flax seed. The peanut butter usually does it for me.
