    Didn't get the run in, but finished the rest of the challenge.

    Tuesday- I got my crunches in for the day, did 50... was under calaorie and a little over for water... I didn't get the extra mile in though :(

    Tuesday challenges and goals all complete!

    i'm worried about todays lunches and mountain clibers (and "modified" jumping jacks) because my left knee has been killing me.

    does anybody know anything else i can do instead of knee killer exercises? lol

    maybe i can replace difficult leg workouts with arm work outs or more cardio??

    I think I'm gonna die but ALL challenges completed and I did 125 crunches toward my goal, I'm at 225, oh yeah and I did that all in half an hour...only time I 've got today!!!

    i couldn't do the challenges for today I'm sorry! but i completed 100 more crunches towards my goal so I'm at 200 and I'm under calories and over on water

    thurs - no challenge. did complete 100 crunches. now 300/300.

    hey guys! I've done the challenge and 100 more crunches, but i probably won't do the challenges tomorrow or the next day cause I'm at the beach, so i might go over on calories too

    despite having a really bed week, i've been able to stay under calories, drink all my water, AND do most of the exercise challenges :smile:

    i just need that extra 2 miles and the 200 crunches (i wish the floor in the office wasn't so nasty or i would sneek them in here!! LOL)

    Wow, I have been at home on vacation and can't believe how difficult it has been to just check in and log! Also almost daily challengd with bad food choices and excuses not to go to gym. Something to be said about keeping a routine.
    I have com;pleted all challenges, water, and under calories for (have to use my memory here)
    Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
    Challenges only on the other days.
    Extra crunches almos done, at 250.
    So today plan to be on calorie goal, do today's challenges, finish my crunches and drink my waters.
    Next week back at work, and back to my normal routines....
