    Disclaimer: I had open heart surgery at the end of June this year, so my only exercise right now is counting my steps at work :smile:

    8/28 - 185 - I did not watch what I ate over the weekend! And I weighed at night (which is not like me at all)
    8/29 - Did not weigh
    8/30 - 183.8 - I am happy to see that it has come down.
    8/31 - 184.0 - And it goes back up. But that’s okay. I did give into my coke temptation.
    9/01 - 183.4 - Made some healthy choices yesterday after I had my coke and it paid off!!! So happy to see a smaller number today :smile:
    9/02 - 182.0 - So happy to see my choices from Friday and yesterday are paying off!!!
    9/03 - Forgot to weigh

    08/26 - I don't know!! Slugged down a bunch of water and meds before I remembered to get on the scale. The # will not be good however. Been stressing the last week or so. Cortisone shot in my spine tomorrow. Hope it helps.

    5'2", Female, Serial Starter, Loss 65lbs in 6 months with MFP in 2013 (250lbs to 185lbs). Did it once, can do it again. Confident it’ll stick this time. SW: 250lbs (05/28/18), Challenges SW: 240.4, UGW: 140-150lbs

    8/28- 220.4 Great day yesterday. Turkey roll ups for lunch, bunless burger for dinner. Keen to start logging 219s. It would give me a boost for sure.
