    still here....and still 45..LOL
    things were going really well......lost 13 pounds in 3 mnths...was 8 pounds from my goal
    I didnt weigh-in for 2 weeks...but when i did i was not too happy that I went up from 138 to 139....
    NOT terrible (I know that), but after counting all my cals and sticking to my 1400 cal plan...doing everything right it was a little discouraging.
    I made matters worse by getting upset and ate a ton of horrible junk food (donuts cookies...crap)....but one bad day is behind me, and im back on the wagon...hoping to hit 130 by Jan 1 (think reasonable plan)

    Good Friday! I'm not sure where traffic went this morning either, but I'll take it. I seemed to have replaced lifting and some cardio with Yoga. But today is a run and Yoga. There's been no change in weight or the trend numbers on my scale for body fat/muscle mass/bone mass, etc., so I'll ride this wave a while since it's such an easy one. I guess the best exercise for you is the one that you will do at that time. Carpe diem.

    Going to cycle 20 miles after work today. Down in the Florida pan handle. Should burn 700 calories.

    The heat and humidity are departing Connecticut. I'll get in a lake swim tonight, possibly the last one this season without needing the wetsuit.

    I went to physio and rewarded myself with new shoes. Haha. Really must tidy and get ready for visitors this weekend but my new shoes are cute
