Challenge GW: 176
Goals:
1) getting down - 215 - will want to go clothes shopping (I hope to be down a size) ✅
2) get below 200, like 190-195 (so on fluctuation days I never see the 2 again)
3) set new goals. -> another 50 or so to go I guess.
4) UGW: 133
It's slow and steady right now. I want it to stay that way. I think I can start hitting more goals this year.
I am taking it one day at a time - so thanks for all the inspirational stories, and all the support.

New here! Mom to 3! A 5, 2 and 2month old. Started my journey last week at 180 currently at 174. I’m worried that I can’t keep up with the restrictive diet 😳 have to find a way to keep at it!

My current weight is :- 218lbs
Short term goal is :- just not to gain!
Long term goal is :- 124lbs
Total loss of 94lbs.
Weaknesses :- I loose motivation after one bad day, takes weeks sometimes months to get back on track.

That said, I think its really way more about your personal habits and triggers, so if rice is something that you were having every meal and would drive your calories high, going no rice is an effective way to shake things up! (Me, I know i'm a ways away from adding back black bread...mmm.)
