    @Deviette I think when you're not training as much you can manage your hunger better or at least that's been my experience, my appetite when I am training heavily, particularly cardio is through the roof and I find it very difficult to not go up to Maintenance.

    @fraukazi Definitely water weight, glad you're feeling better about your decision!

    @marinaabcde I feel your pain, I am also a fridge raider, I just find I have to keep myself busy and try not to have too many tempting foods in the fridge.

    Hmm, good point. I normally find that I'm less hungry on training days, but it probably balances itself out on the other days, I have noticed that given half the chance it's the day after my training days when my calories are over goals.
