Losing weight

Is it that easy to lease weight, just eat fewer calories than you burn? It sounds like there should be more too it. Like it should be combined with diet, right?

    Yes it is that simple.

Obviously eating a good variety of foods is best for nutrition but you can still have all the things you like as long as you keep to your calorie goal.

I believe what you eat matters. If you eat 1500 calories of cookies and soda and burn 2000 calories, your body over time will become sick. jmo

The same thing would happen if you ate nothing but 1500 calories of carrots, though. Mono food diets are almost always a bad idea (except for pizza. I still maintain it would be the best option if you could only eat one food for life)

are you allowed different toppings? if so, i'm in!

Exercise helps manages both mental and physical health for me, someone prone to depression and anxiety.
