    Total: 62.5km but not doing so well on my running challenge

    Mid-month chech in (couple of days late)
    Total km walked: 125.5km
    Avg steps/day: on track, total 180,000+
    Running goals: not on track, too little running to catch up now, but will try and get as close as possible
    Yoga goals: not feeling the yoga much these past weeks, will reassess
