Hi everyone
As the title says I’m looking for UK fitness buddies to support me. I weight train 3 times a week as well as kayaking.
Be great to have some additional support. Especially from other female weight lifters .

You'd probably get better results sticking to one programme for longer than 6 - 8 weeks.

I like to change things up every two months otherwise your body gets used to it.0
