Awesome! Thanks for sharing! I've been thinking of how to make my own too, so this is perfect.0

You had me at No-Bake. Going to make these tonight when kids go to bed!0

These turned out great!!! Although I watch my sodium, I needed a little bit of salt. Next batch, think I'll smear with a thin layer of peanut butter and some crushed mixed salted nuts. Thanks for this, so easy. I'll get 30 little snacks out of this recipe!0

These sound so yummy!!! I don't have flaxseed, but I am going to make some tomorrow anyway! I love that they are low sodium! :drinker:0

I just made these. I used Smuckers Natural PB with 1 g of sugar....I took a big ol` bite thinking No Bake cookie....needless to say, I had to dump them back in the bowl and add honey. Maybe I have a sweet tooth, or maybe I should have used the Jif Natural PB with more sugar. I think this will be closer to what they should taste like....I hope Thanks for sharing this recipe!0

These are the best...I cut them up into little "nuggets", great for a quick fix. I did need a little bit of salt. This will be my go-to afternoon or evening snack. Thanks again.0

And yet another bump from a procrastinating bar-maker ...0

Ready in 45 minutes
Makes 8 servings (I get 9 out of it)
2 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup natural peanut butter (I like to use crunchy for added texture)
4 scoops protein powder (recipe says vanilla or cookies & cream work best)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
½ cup water
1. Knead all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Line square baking pan with wax paper. Spread dough into pan using a spatula. (I find it easier to use my hands so I can press it in pretty good. Makes it like Cliff bar texture.) Optional: Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on top of dough.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from freezer. Cut into bars. (I store them in snack size Ziploc bags for an easy on-the-go snack. I like to eat them before the gym.)

Made for the first time today and they were good. I did not use flax seed but I am not sure if it made a difference in taste. Thanks for the recipe.0
