No, but if you go under goals, you can change your macros (carbs/fat/proteins) to whatever you want. You should also change your diary to show fibre, so that you can subtract that from your carbs. Unless otherwise stated, most database entries are not net carb. If you are using entries from outside North America, they may be. Check your labels until your list of recent foods is filled up with entries that are correct.4

You have to request to join this MFP group but they have a lot of info at the top of their page in the way of help. Not sure how long it may take to process your request because a crazy high number are signing up.

As already said, you'll have to change it yourself.
Carbs are typically 5-10% for most keto'ers, which is often under 20-50g. You must use total carbs although you can also look at fibre or sugar too.
Protein is usually moderate and between 20-30% for most. Often between 70-130g, but lots of variation.
Fat is the rest, often 75-60%.1 -
I just ignore the macros on MFP. I've been keto for my epilepsy for 18 months so when MFP freaks out at my fat grams I just laugh at it.1

I switched my view so that carbs are first and fiber is second, so I can easily subtract and see my net carbs. I just ignore the macro suggestions—I’ve changed them a few times, but they always change themselves back. It could be easier, but this way does work fine for me, so hopefully you can make the site work for you as well!1

Why haven't you just changed your macros to suit your way of eating? You can also change your polyunsaturated and monounsaturated amounts from the default of 0.
On a side note, I hope keto has given you great success with your epilepsy and has enabled you to be seizure free.1 -

They always reset to the default when you change your goals which is a pain in the butt but doesn't take that long to change again.0
