How long has it been since you've lost weight?3
-
@janejellyroll it's been 5 months, going to be 6 soon. Started in April 2018 and still going.0

Are you counting calories? It sounds like you may have found the right calorie level for you to maintain and you will want to adjust your calories so you're back into a deficit again.9
-
@janejellyroll Yes I am counting calories, I take about 1000-1200 calories a day and burn 500-600 calories. So should I go further low and decrease more calorie intake?3

That doesn't make sense along with your first post.
Make sure you're logging/counting as accurately and as completely as possible. Every day.
Be patient and be consistent.
If you're certain your numbers are reliable, then you should probably see a doctor - there's something else at play here that an online forums probably can't/shouldn't address.11 -

If you're netting only 500-600 calories a day and not losing weight, it sounds as if you might accidentally be eating more than you think. Your diary is closed, but if you open it we may be able to help you troubleshoot.
Don't go lower until you ensure your logging is accurate.12 -
Sounds like you might be eating too few calories. Weirdly enough we can't lose weight if our body isn't getting what it needs. Body might store up what you've got b/c if you aren't eating back exercise calories then you are getting about 500 calories a day and that's just not enough to keep moving.
I'd up my calories and start religiously weighing and logging everything. Also, you might want to up the intensity of your work outs. instead of jogging 6 miles, do sprints and shorter runs to up the intensity.

It has been over 5 months since you have lost any weight? If that is the case you are eating more calories than you think. Make sure you are using a food scale for everything and are using accurate data in what you log.9

Five months at a deficit should be resulting in weight loss even if OP isn't eating enough. I think tightening up the logging is a good first step for OP -- it's more likely that they're eating more than they think they are.12 -
My diary is now public, you can have a look.0

This confuses me when read with your OP. You started losing weight in April, and have lost 33lb, but now you are stuck? How long have you been stuck?
This post makes it sound like you've been stuck for 5 months, but how can that be, if that's when you started?8 -
@Cassandraw3 No, I am on a diet since 5 months and from past 3 to 4 weeks, I can't seem to lose anymore weight and it's stuck and my weight sometimes goes up.1

Read this thread, OP.

I see a lot of quick adds, usually bigger, very round numbers. That makes me suspicious.6 -
@amgreenwell increasing my calories well, I will look forward to it soon5

@jjpptt2 I eat mostly the same thing and it's not in the app's database so I have to add it from quick add3

Okay, I misunderstood you. I thought you'd been stuck for 5 months. 3-4 weeks is a little too early to get worried, but this would also be a good time to tighten up your logging. You're using a lot of generic/database entries and you're using weights for some solid foods and measuring cups (which aren't very accurate) for others. I think you're eating more than you think you and that is impacting your results.7 -

You can add items to the database for more accurate logging.9 -

It's okay. I'm thinking to lesser my calories, maybe about 200 to 300 for a week and see if it helps me.11
