How often do you weigh yourself?

For me I’m way to dependent as of now to do that. If I don’t see a loss I tend to give up in the past at least I’m trying to be more realistic this time around and lose weight more slowly!
Bi weekly I can see a big jump in weight! From 3-6 pounds so I love seeing a big difference but I agree doing it weekly might keep me in check!
I view it as a normal part of my morning routine, and nothing more than one data point in an overall trend. Using a trending app shows the bigger picture.2 -
Daily, when I wake up, post toilet stop in the nude. Then I track it on a spreadsheet and average it out over the week.0

daily which is why i started using a scale app to track. i find it very interesting how it goes up and down up and down then bam, down!0

Every day. Otherwise I might get fooled by water weight variations and think I’m gaining when the trend is actually down, or vice versa. I use HappyScale to see my trends over time.
Weighing weekly doesn’t average out variations, it just gives you less data.0 -

Once a week when I maintain. Daily and using a trending app when I am cutting or bulking. I take measurements weekly regardless of current goals.0

Every other day while I was losing and the first few months of maintenance. I only switched to less often, like 3 or 4 days apart since I joined a gym. If I am rushing out the door to the gym and will shower there, I skip that day. I have been good about staying in range, but I am still not considering going more than a week and that would only be for a vacation or other travel.0

I weigh daily. I have maintained now for more than a year with taking my weekends off. I get in the gym, still weigh my food and log during the week eating healthier foods. On the weekend, I eat more relaxed without gorging myself and I rarely get in the gym. Monday comes around, and I am right back at my healthier lifestyle. I can see me living the rest of my life this way. My weight is usually up a few pounds on Monday morning, but right back down by mid week. It's a constant cycle that works for me, so weighing keeps me informed.0

There's never going to be an "exact" weight, the only thing that changes is your view of what it says and what you do with the info. I weigh every day because I prefer the more detailed view. In as *kitten* backwards way, weighing every day has the potential for less stress because over time I have seen spikes and dips and know that something that makes more sense is likely only a day away. I don't want to see a spike on the scale and go two more weeks under a false impression, same with a dip.1

Every day, first thing in the AM, after bathroom, before eat/drink, wearing only my glasses and watch. I've done it for years, even before trying to lose weight. It helps me understand what causes minor ups and downs in scale weight, and how large they can be, even when they aren't fat gain. Because of that, I'm better able to be unemotional about the number: It's just useful data.
I used to graph the daily weights on graph paper. (No, I'm not weight obsessed; I'm a data geek in various ways.) Now I put the daily weights in the Libra weight-trending app.0 -
Maybe once a month if that. I’m a firm believer in letting the mirror be a better indicator(or the way my clothes fit). I started out a few years ago weighing nearly daily and was less pleased with seeing the numbers hover around the same or a slow decline. Now when I weigh and the numbers are more dramatic it gives me a bigger boost1
