On vacation

So I’m at Disney world on the delux dining plan with no calorie info anywhere I’m eating whatever I want appetizers entree and desert how much damage can I really do in 6 days

You can lose it when you get home. You'll be doing so much walking that it probably won't be as much as you think.
Flying also causes a bit of water retention. So when you get back don't freak out, just get back at it.6 -
We have no idea what "whatever you want" is. You could be eating thousands of calories more than you need, you could be breaking even, you could be eating just a few hundred more than you need.
Enjoy your vacation, get back on plan when you get home. Be prepared to see a jump on the scale, even if it is just from extra food and sodium in your system.8 -
Oh I’m sure I’m going at least 1000 calories over my goal each day I’m fully enjoying this vacation3

It depends on what your recent deficit/trend has been. 1 lb =3500 calories. You could easily gain 2 lbs of fat in 6 days, plus 5-10 lbs temporary water retention due to travel, increased carbs and sodium, so that could be 7-12 lbs total on the first few days back. Water weight generally dissipates in 3-10 days but the fat will take longer.4 -
