I joined a similar group/ challenge before. I was more motivated than ever, had my longest streak of logging in, got pregnant, put it on hold... miscarried, been eating everything and tracking nothing ever since. Grief is a beotch but I'm no quitter. Time to get back to my lovely, supportive MFP peeps. Its 5 lbs a month, during holiday season. Who's with me?
How it works: just check in as often as you want to stay accountable. What's working, what isn't, current goals, pep talk, etc.

    Are you not able to stop for drinks during classes?

    I’m in! I’m 5’ 2”, CW:153, GW:130, so this is perfect for me. I think the holidays are SO hard but we can’t let that slow down our progress. Let’s keep each other accountable, great idea :)

    I think my fist will be adding cardio. I even fell off the walking wagon...and the rainy season is here. So, I need motivation for that. I know from experience I get better results.

    You'd think I could but its constant moving, talking. Go go go teaching art k-8.

    I could use some support and account ability so I'm in. I have IBS and various food intolerances (yawn) as well as eating a mainly vegan diet but my portion sizes are too big and I LOVE crisps.

    I'm wanting to get rid of 28lbs with 14lbs gone by Christmas for a wedding I'm a bridesmaid at.

    Are we just checking in on this thread semi regularly?

    That's the plan I guess. That's what people have done on similar challenges. Weighing in weekly if you want to
